In some instances it may be the requirement of the customer to pay for the postage costs associated with a returning of an item or items.
We will not accept a product for returns or exchanges simply for a 'change of mind'. Please select all products for purchase carefully.
We will not accept any returns for any products that have been opened or used.
Exceptions: If you have ordered a product and it has been found that your product is not as it was described on our online store then we will definately accept this to be returned and a refund provided or credit provided in exchange to the same value as the original purchase price of that particular product. This is at the descretion of Organic and Kids. We will pay for postage costs for the item/s to be returned if this is found to be the case.
